R E F U N D & R E T U R N P O L I C Y
White Water wants you to be happy with what you have purchased. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will cover the cost of the postage back to us. Please let us know that you wish to return it to us within 21 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are in original condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging as it was. Depending on the circumstances that you are returning the item we will either exchange it, replace it, provide a store credit or refund the purchase price. The decision will be yours!
Sale items are not eligible for a refund however you can choose to exchange these for something else or receive a credit voucher to use at a later date. Please email us at email@example.com notifying us that you wish to return an item including the invoice/receipt number on the email, and the reason for returning it.
Freight charges for the purchase of the item are not refundable unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will also refund the cost of the initial shipping of the goods if purchased online. We recommend using a tracked service for any returns or contact us and we can arrange a courier for heavy items, as until the goods reach us, they are still your responsibility so please consider this for your peace of mind.
